I have a thing for party hats — whether they’re traditional cone-and-tassel kids hats or elaborate, glittered crowns. They add just the right festive touch to an already special day.

She alerted me to her friend's recent wedding and the incredible handmade details that went into it, including the wedding bouquets which were all handmade--by the bride--with felt, vintage buttons, broaches, and special family mementos. I literally got goose bumps upon seeing the photos and the detailing that went into each of these little masterpieces.

I like to use good quality materials, like linen, silks and velvets, but I will also include upcycled fabrics, vintage buttons old lace and, occasionally, vintage beads. I try to be ethical in my choices; I don’t want my work to “cost the earth”, literally or metaphorically.

This adorable grociery bag is 12 inches high and 8 inches wide, the perfect size for your little shopper! It comes with eight fruits and veggies: tomato, yellow squash, carrot, eggplant, apple, banana, orange, and pumpkin. All items are handmade from Eco-felt, which is manufactured from recycled plastic bottles.
